Description

George Pérez Wonder Woman #11 Cover Original Art (DC, 1987). Wonder Woman sees her young friend Julia Kapatelis strung up in a spider's web in this macabre illustration by comics great, George Pérez, one of the artists most closely associated with the adventures of the Amazon Princess. Pérez left his physical form in May of 2022, but his legacy will live on through the fans of his work and original pieces of art like this. Pérez was a master of the female form, and nowhere is this more evident than when he's drawing Wonder Woman-- whether she's in battle, or terrified, as seen here. Ink over graphite on Sparta cover stock Bristol board with an image area of 9.75" x 15". Signed by Pérez in the UPC box. In Excellent condition.
