Description
Frank Brunner Marvel Premiere #14 Cover Doctor Strange Original Art (Marvel, 1974). Brunner both penciled and inked this cover from his brief but mind-blowing tenure drawing Doctor Strange. Rendered in ink and Zipatone over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15". The entire masthead section is a stat paste-up, with some glue residue on it. Signed by Brunner in the curve of Strange's cape, and also as "FB" in the lower left. There is a bit of glue residue in the lower section in amongst the Zipatone pieces. In Very Good condition. A nice hidden bonus on this page is the graphite rough prelim on the reverse side of the board. Comes with a copy of the printed comic.More information about Frank Brunner.
