Description
Frank Brunner Doctor Strange #4 Cover Original Art (Marvel, 1974). An iconic and masterful cover by Frank Brunner! This remarkable piece was produced in ink and Zipatone with white paint highlights over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15". The main portion of the image area (the skull and Doctor Strange) are a stripped-in piece of original art. The logo, corner box, and header dressing are all stat paste-ups. Signed in both the lower right of the image area and in the lower margin. There is some small amounts glue residue in places on the toned board. This cover is affixed to a Bristol board backing.
