Description
Ernie Chan Unpublished "Lost" Swamp Thing #25 Hawkman Cover Original Art (DC, 1976). The sudden cancellation of the original Swamp Thing run left many plot threads dangling, and a blurb at the end of issue #24 promised a meeting between the Swamp Thing and Hawkman in the next issue -- a confrontation which never materialized once the axe had fallen. Drawn but never published, here is the amazing "lost" cover from that all-but-legendary twenty-fifth issue -- and it features non-stop thrills, as the Swamp Thing tackles the Winged Wonder. This Bronze Age blockbuster has an image area of 9.75" x 15". The logo is on an acetate overlay, and aside from some touches of white-out and scattered staining, this DC treasure is in Very Good condition.Lookup the Comic Book in our Guide
