    Ernie Chan Marvel Triple Action #42 Avengers Cover Original Art (Marvel, 1978). With his graceful mastery of human anatomy and subtle texturing, Renaissance-man Chan has created another masterpiece. A new version of the Avengers #50 cover, this features the Avengers, poised to strike against Typhon, with Chan handling both pencils and inks. Hercules, Wasp, Giant Man, and Hawkeye are all superbly rendered. Ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 9.75" x 15". The original paste-up has left some glue residue around the glued edges. Slight tanning. Overall in Excellent condition.
