Eddy Newell Black Lightning #13 Cover Original Art (DC, 1996). Jefferson Pierce releases a torrent of electricity in this cover image featuring Batman's image in the background through the bolts emanating from Black Lightning. An intense cover created in ink and white paint over graphite on DC cover stock Bristol board with an image area of 10.25" x 15.5".
