DescriptionDisney Magazine #3 Cover Painting Mickey Mouse, The Sleuth, and Goofy Original Art (Walt Disney, 1975). Created by writer Carl Fallberg and artist Al Hubbard, The Sleuth was intended for foreign market products, but of course quickly made his way state-side. This bright and lively gouache painted cover also features Equestrian Goofy. The image area is approximately 16" x 19" on illustration board. The empty spots were for photos and text. There are some holes in the marginal edges from a previous framing, with a bit of glue residue from that; however, the image area is in Excellent condition.
