Dick Ayers Spider-Man Comics Weekly #9 Cover Original Art (Marvel UK, 1973). Ayers created an all-new cover for this British reprint issue that recounted the tale from 1964's Amazing Spider-Man Annual #1 where Spidey first battles this grouping of his greatest foes! It features The Vulture, Sandman, Doc Ock, Electro, Mysterio, and Kraven the Hunter. Also cover featured is the story where Thor faced the mystic menace of "Sandu, Master of the Supernatural" from Journey Into Mystery #91. This piece is created in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 14". There is a bit of glue residue on the right side from a missing copyright notice paste-up. Otherwise, the page is in Excellent condition. Signed by Dick Ayers by Spider-Man's feet.
