Dell Artist Marge's Little Lulu #161 Cover Original Art (Dell, 1961-1962). Tubby is unaware of Lulu and her "sharp" plans for his balloon. Ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 7.5" x 10.25". Slight toning, pinholes in the top margin, spot staining, whiteout correction, with edge and handling wear.
