Dave Hunt and Frank Giacoia Super Spider-Man #170 Cover Original Art (Marvel UK, 1976). John Romita, Sr.'s exciting cover from Amazing Spider-Man #121 was recreated for this horizontally formatted British reprint publication. This was, of course, the game-changer story "The Night Gwen Stacy Died"... one of the most influential stories published in the Bronze Age of comics. The art was created in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 12.75" x 10". The board is lightly toned and in otherwise Excellent condition.
