Dave Cockrum Red Sonja #15 Cover Original Art (Marvel, 1979). Vampires are closing in! This is just the second cover from this series we've had the privilege to offer, and there's far too little supply to satisfy Red Sonja lovers. Alas, the cover blurb "Sonja's last stand" was true, as this was the final issue of the original series. The cover was created in ink over graphite on World Color cover stock Bristol board with an image area of 9.75" x 15". The corner box, logo, header info, and all cover text are stat paste-ups. The puss-faced fellow on the right's head is a stat paste-up as well. There is some whiteout original art on the page, a bit of glue residue near some of the paste-up in the header, and a production oil stain in the lower right corner. Overall in Excellent condition.
