DescriptionDave Cockrum Human Fly Unused Cover Original Art (Marvel, c. 1978). Contrary to the issue number you see here, the Human Fly never made it to issue 124, or even to #20, but a fair share of kids were fascinated with him back then and still collect him now. He was intriguing because he was based on a real person. It's possible this cover might have been intended for issue #11, which had the Fly in a "rock star" plot. Note that none of the 19 published covers were by Cockrum. Signed in the right border. Produced in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 9.75" x 17". Numerous pinholes. Glue stains. Very Good condition.
