DescriptionDave Cockrum Blackhawk #256 Unpublished Alternate Cover Original Art (DC, 1983). Dave Cockrum was a fan favorite beginning with his early work published in fanzines. His art for DC's Legion of Super Heroes stories in Superboy really caught the fans' attention, and his subsequent work on Marvel's new X-Men line up in Giant-Size X-Men #1 made him a superstar. Heritage is proud to present this prime piece of Cockrum DC cover art featuring his unpublished alternate cover for "Mutant Murderer." In our opinion, it's much more feral than the published version, drawn by Ernie Colon. This piece has an image area of 9.75" x 15", and it's in Excellent condition. Signed in its the lower right margin.
