Dave Cockrum and Joe Rubinstein The Spectacular Spider-Man #22 Cover Moon Knight Original Art (Marvel, 1978). An early guest appearance by Moon Knight! Having been introduced a few years earlier, this was the first meeting between the Fist of Khonshu and your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man. Moon Knight's growing popularity made it the perfect time for him to team-up with Spidey, and even share a cover with the web-slinger. Desirable for not only being an iconic cover, but for the hype surrounding the new Disney+ Moon Knight series starring Oscar Isaac has sent comics and art featuring the enigmatic character to new heights! Ink over graphite on Marvel cover stock Bristol board with an image area of 9.75" x 15". Signed by the art team in the left side image area. Slight toning, stat logo, header, and text paste-ups, tape and residue staining, whiteout touch-ups, with light oil staining and smudging/handling wear; otherwise, in Excellent condition.More information about Dave Cockrum.
