Dan Day and David Day Cases of Sherlock Holmes #7 Cover Painting Original Art (Renegade Press, 1987). A powerful portrait of the Great Detective emerges from the darkness as Holmes gathers his focus for "The Adventure of the Musgrave Ritual". This collaboration between brothers Dan and David, siblings of the late Gene Day, graced the cover of the seventh issue of Dan Day's acclaimed adaptation of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's classic Sherlock Holmes tales. Created in acrylic on stretched canvas with an image area of 13" x 19", open-front framed to 15.25" x 21.25". Minor scuffing in the lower right.
