Curt Swan Comics Collector #1 Cover Original Art (Krause, 1983). You couldn't ask for a more appealing image than Superman drawn by his signature artist. This magazine, edited by the great Don and Maggie Thompson, was all too short-lived. By the way the printed cover had Superman holding an Action #1 to tie in with news of that book selling for $13,500. You couldn't buy a Poor-minus copy for that amount today! Ink over graphite on Bristol board with a matted image area of 8" x 11". Excellent condition. It's matted with Swan's pencil prelim on paper, as well as a copy of the published magazine. They are glass front framed out to 33" x 18".
