A sealed package sent from King Features to the Lone Ranger Corporation 50 years ago was opened for the first time by our staff, and the contents are a full month's worth of Lone Ranger episodes, 24 dailies and 4 Sundays, for a total of 28 episodes in all. Aside from some water damage, foxing, and yellowed Zipatone, these pieces average Very Good condition. More details at HA.com.
"From out of the past come the thundering hoofbeats of the great horse Silver -- the Lone Ranger rides again." This large group lot features the original art for nearly all the Lone Ranger episodes for the month of February, 1959. A daily and a Sunday are missing (2-1 and 2-2), but this lot also includes the daily for 3-1 and the Sunday for 3-2, so there are 24 dailies and 4 Sundays in this lot, for a total of 28 episodes in all. Each Sunday has an image area of 24" x 16.5", and each daily has an image area of 18" x 5".
