C. C. Beck Four Color Comics #253 "Christmas With Mother Goose" Cover Recreation Original Art (1977). A charming and loving re-creation of the original cover. C. C. Beck was the artist of the Golden Age Captain Marvel. The original Four Color #253 cover was by Walt Kelly, creator and artist of the comic strip Pogo. This wonderful piece was created in gouache and ink with a matted image area of 10.75" x 15.5" in the UV glass front 18" x 22.5" frame. In Excellent condition.More information about C. C. Beck.
