Description
Bryan Talbot Batman: Legends of the Dark Knight #40 Cover Original Art (DC, 1992). Talbot gives us a striking cover for the story "Mask: Part Two". Talbot had previously made a name for himself on the UK's 2000 AD, several other Fleetway/Quality titles, and his own creator-owned series The Adventures of Luther Arkwright. This gritty and stoic Batman scene was created in ink and white paint on DC Bristol board with an image area of 9.75" x 15". It is signed in the left side of the image area, and again in the left margin. The cover comes with two acetate overlays that were color hold-outs, one of which has the DC bullet, logo, and story title on it. In Excellent condition.Lookup the Comic Book in our Guide
