Brian Stelfreeze and Dave Johnson The Venus Wars II #5 Cover Original Art (Dark Horse, 1992). This is our first time offering artwork from the Yoshikazu Yasuhiko manga, The Venus Wars, which combined power politics and political intrigue making it a must read. Master painter and founding member of Gaijin Studios, which was one of the longest running collectives of freelance comic artists ever, running 19 years, Brian Stelfreeze, along with Dave provided covers for more than a dozen issues. Ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15". Light edge and handling wear, and faint smudging. Signed by Stelfreeze and Johnson right of image.
