Description
Brian Bolland Superman Annual #12 Cover Original Art (DC, 1986). "Hands of Steel vs. Fists of Fury -- with Luthor's life at stake!" The cover text really nails this one. Bolland's detailed linework shows Superman grappling with Lex Luthor's own battle-suit (gone autonomous). Created in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 9.75" x 15". The logo and masthead are stat paste-ups. Signature on the lower left edge is a paste-up.
