Brian Bolland Robin: A Hero Reborn Trade Paperback Cover Preliminary Original Art (DC, 1991). This sharp cover preliminary was created for the trade paperback Robin: A Hero Reborn, which collected the first stories to feature Tim Drake as Robin, including Batman #455-457 and Robin #1-5 (1991). Brian Bolland, who also illustrated the covers for Robin #1-5, presents a compelling prelim that closely matches the published trade paperback cover, rendered in pure graphite on tracing paper with a near edge-to-edge image area of 6.75" x 10.25". Lightly toned, with minor creasing and wrinkling, smudging, and handling wear. Signed and dated in the lower right. In Very Good condition.More information about Brian Bolland.
