DescriptionBob Larkin - The Incredible Hulk Original Cover Art (Fireside, 1978). Spectacular cover by painter extraordinaire Bob Larkin (who contributed many covers to Marvel's black and white magazines) shows the mild-mannered Bruce Banner metamorphosing into the eternally pissed-off Hulk! This was used for the Fireside book reprinting the classic Hulk tales of the '60s. It is interesting to note that when the book was ultimately printed, the words "The Coming of" were deleted, and the book was simply called The Incredible Hulk. A small amount of the press-on lettering used in the "Hulk" logo has come loose. The artwork measures 14" x 18" and is in Excellent condition.
