Description
Alan Kupperberg Comic Reader (and Etcetera) #82 Cover Tarzan Original Art Etc./T.C.R., 1972). Edgar Rice Burrough's Tarzan graced the cover of this issue, as illustrated by Alan Kupperberg, and published by Paul Levitz and Paul Kupperberg. The original art was created in ink and Zipatone over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 8.75" x 11" (including the recreation paste-up stat logo/header). Some of the Zipatone in the upper right corner is starting to curl and peel a bit. The main image area was created on a separate piece of Bristol board, cut and then taped into place from the back. The lower "Tarzan" logo is a stat paste-up. Signed by Kupperberg in the image area, and in overall very Good condition.Lookup the Comic Book in our Guide
