Alan Davis and Mark Farmer Batman Monthly #4 Cover Fear The Reaper Original Art (Fleetway, 1993). This stunning new cover, reimagining the classic tale from Detective Comics #576, is a true masterpiece-dynamic, dangerous, and utterly captivating! It's the very definition of a showstopper. Alan Davis would later revisit this powerful image for the fresh cover he crafted in 2002 for DC Comics' reprint Batman: Year Two: Fear the Reaper. Rendered in ink over graphite on Bristol board, the artwork boasts an impressive image area of 10.25" x 15". Both artists have signed the piece on the left side of the image area.
