William Van Horn Walt Disney's Comics and Stories #669 Complete 10-Page Donald Duck Story Original Art (Gemstone, 2006). Inspired after seeing a "Crimson Jawbreaker" movie, Donald becomes the bumbling superhero Nightmuscle, who solves crimes despite his inept methods -- in fact, the first thief he collars was subdued by laughing too hard! Great fun in the tradition of Carl Barks, written and drawn with aplomb by William Van Horn. This story was first published in an altered form in 2005, in Denmark; it appeared as written (in English) first in WDC&S #669. The art is in ink over blue pencil on Bristol board, with each page composed of two conjoined pieces. The per-page image area averages 16" x 23", and the overall condition is Excellent. Each page is signed.
