    S. Clay Wilson 2. (Two): "Un Acte" Original Art Complete 7-Page Story (Keith Green Publ., 1975). Wilson calculates his art to disturb the beholder -- the very embodiment of the Underground Comix idiom as a transgressive force. This murderous story (drawn in 1973, first published in '75 in a French edition called 2. (Two), captures an essence of the artist's nightmarish vision. The art contains the authentic French dialogue balloons, in Wilson's distinctive hand-lettering style. A recurring Wilson character, Ruby the Dyke, has a key role. The story appears in idiomatic English in Patrick Rosenkranz's book, Demons & Angels: The Mythology of S. Clay Wilson V2 (Fantagraphics Books, 2015). Ink over graphite on sketchpad paper. Image area, 8" x 12". Excellent condition. From the Eric Sack Collection.
