Description
Rudy Palais - Classic Illustrated #89 Crime and Punishment, Complete 44-page Story Original Art (Gilberton, 1951). Rudy Palais adapts Fyodor Dostoyevsky's epic crime novel of the ill-fated Raskolnikov, in this forty-four pager. A two-page back-up story, "So Proudly We Hail," is also included in the lot. Each page has an image area measuring 12" x 18". The artwork is in Very Good condition overall, with pasted-in text corrections on most pages, and a few tipped-in art corrections as well. There are also two pasted-up text pages, including a biography of Dostoyevsky (the original art for this page is included) and an article on the opera Mignon.Lookup the Comic Book in our Guide
