Robert Crumb Uneeda Comix Bo Bo Bolinski 1-Page Complete Story Original Art (Print Mint, 1970). R. Crumb's booze-swilling simpleton Bo Bo Bolinski only appeared in three comic books: Bijou Funnies #1, Motor City Comics #2, and Uneeda, which included this one-pager and four others. In this page, Bo Bo ("the Burrheaded Barfly") plays a passive pal to an uptight, irate man passionately describing his hatred for "dat bitch broad o' mine." Crumb himself may have been feeling the heat from his own wife at the time, Dana; the couple would quarrel, split up, and reunite several times until he found the real love of his life, Aline, the following year. The art is in ink over light graphite on Bristol board, with an approximate image area of 8" x 12". In Very Good condition with some handling wear and mild toning.
