Description

Robert Crumb Mr. Natural #2 Complete 6-Page Story Original Art (San Francisco Comic Book Co., 1971). Part two of "On the Bum Again," featuring the randy sage with Big Baby, who have been thrown in prison for "unnatural acts." Wild, "politically incorrect" story (Crumb's depiction of escaped convict Sam, with caricatured features and heavy patois slang) from the Underground Master with no punches pulled, from the tail end of his most famous peak comic book period. You can't go wrong with these "lines on paper," folks -- and unlike Part One of the saga, there's no gratuitous sex; you can actually display these pages in mixed company! Art is in ink on Bristol board, with an average per-page image area of 8" x 12". Pages have mild handling wear and a few outer-border stains; overall Very Good condition. Pages are archivally framed with two pages each in three 32" x 24.5" Plexiglas-front frames. And be sure to have a nice day! From the Eric Sack Collection.
