Description

Robert Crumb CoEvolution Quarterly #14 "R. Crumb's Modern Dance Workshop" Complete 4-Page Story Original Art (Point, 1977). R. Crumb directs a women's modern dance troupe. Things go well... for a while. Fun and funny, this four-pager is vintage Crumb from a peak period of his long and fruitful career. Most fans would recognize this story from when it was reprinted in Best Buy Comics #nn from Apex Novelties in 1979. Rendered with the incredible detail you would expect, in ink on Bristol boards with image areas of 8" x 12" each. The boards are lightly toned, and have been a bit sunstruck around the edges while previously framed. Matted to 13.5" x 17.5" each. Signed and dated in the lower left of Panel 1. In Very Good condition
