Rick Veitch and Tom Veitch Two-Fisted Zombies #1 Cover, Complete 34-Page Story, and Extra Unpublished Pages Original Art Group of 37 (Last Gasp, 1973). The Brothers Veitch provide a terror-packed tale of awesome action from the cover to the last page! This is very early art by Rick and Tom and it shows a strong Jack Kirby influence. There is even some great Kirby Krackle later in the story. Page 1 of the tale ran on the inside front cover, and the last page (page 34) ran on the inside back cover. So this story filled the issue to the gills! In addition to the cover, there are two great double-page spread splash pages, and a single splash page... and as a bonus, there is another fantastic double-page spread splash page of a space battle that was cut from the final story. The story was created from a script by both men, Rick's pencils, and Tom's inks, with Zipatone on approximately 14" x 17" Bristol boards. Some pages have paste-up sections or taped in replacement art panels. There is light toning and some handling and corner wear. Overall; however, they are in Excellent condition. From the Eric Sack Collection.
