Ideas travel under watchful eyes in these four pages of Peter Bagge for Reason magazine following the Grandfather of modern Libertarianism, John Locke, as he moves through exile, surveillance, and debate as his views on natural rights, liberty, and limited government carry from Europe to Philadelphia. Created in ink over graphite and blue pencil on bright white Bristol board with an image area of 12.5" x 16.5". Signed by Bagge in the lower margin of each page. Whiteout touch-ups.
