Mort Drucker MAD Magazine #239 "Simple & Simple" Complete 7-Page Story Original Art (EC, 1983). From the This Smothers The Brothers Dept.: Mort Drucker's parody of Tom Selleck as TV's Magnum, P.I. from issue #227 was so popular (see this same auction for a chance to bid on the original art) that the Usual Gang of Idiots decided to have Selleck introduce Drucker's parody of the TV show Simon & Simon. Produced in ink, gray wash, and Zipatone over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 16.25" x 20". Pages 1 and 2 form a two-page spread with a splash page on the left. Signed by Drucker on page 2. Some corner wear and handling, otherwise in Excellent condition.
