Description
Malcolm Jones III Marvel Comics Presents Complete 8-Page Spider-Man Story "Deathurge" Original Art (Marvel, 1993). Featuring the complete saga of Spidey's battle with the villainous Deathurge in the terminal wing of a hospital where the villain has been murdering patients under the misguided pretense of relieving them of their pain. The late Malcolm Jones III rendered the entire story in ink over graphite on a Marvel Bristol board with an average image area of 10.25" x 15.75" for each page. Residue staining, discolored paste-ups, smudging, spot stains, marginal notes in blue pencil and ink, and corner/edge wear are common throughout the lot. In addition, there are missing paste-ups on page one and page five that have left residue stains, and some of the included paste-ups are loose.
