    Description

Kevin Nowlan Tomorrow Stories #1 Complete 8-Page Story Jack B. Quick First Appearance Original Art (DC/America's Best Comics, 1999). Jack B. Quick makes his debut in the story "Smalltown Stardom". The pint-sized genius (the brainchild of Alan Moore and Kevin Nowlan) was a regular feature in this anthology of weird heroes. This story starts with an upset cow and quickly turns into a runaway solar system! In 2000, Kevin Nowlan won the Eisner Award for "Best Artist" for this very story, and he and Alan Moore (along with the rest of the book's creative team) won the 2000 Eisner Award for "Best Anthology". The pages were created ink over graphite on DC Bristol board with an image area of 9" x 14". Page 2 has a very light spot stain on the bottom margin. In Excellent condition.
