Eisner Award winner and comics creator Jimmy Gownley, shares his adventures as he grows from an eager-to-please boy into a teenage comic book artist. This is the real-life story of how the "dumbest" idea ever became the best thing that ever happened to him. Contains the complete book of 227 pages, including production drawings. Created in ink over blue pencil and some graphite on Bristol board with image areas ranging from 5" x 7.75" to 9" x 14.25". There is slight wear to the corners, light smudges around the margins of some pages, some pages have light crease on the edges, one production page is done in mixed media, some pages have surface dirt around the edges, some pages have spot stains, and one production page is folded. The pages average Excellent condition.
