Description
Fred Rhoads - Original Art for Sad Sack and the Sarge #55, Complete 24-page issue (Harvey, 1966). A hilarious issue of Sad Sack's misadventures. On pages 1-7, 10-14, and 19-23, the overall paper size measures 14" x 22.5" with an image area of 11" x 16.5"; on pages 8 and 9, and 26-30, the artwork is smaller, measuring an overall 12" x 18" with an image area of 10.5" x 16". Pages 24 and 25 are the text pages and are photostatted type and spot illustrations. Sad Sack does some time traveling in the lead story. There is water damage to the top borders of the art, outside of the art area for the most part. Page 20 also has a piece out of the paper at the top border, well outside of the art image.Lookup the Comic Book in our Guide
