Francisco Solano Lopez Valiant and TV21 Complete 1-Page Kelly's Eye Story Original Art dated 2-3-73 (IPC, 1973). Tim Kelly uses his wits, and his speed, to escape a trap on this page from an issue released on the 3rd of February of 1973. Rendered in ink over graphite on Bristol board. There is a crease through the first two panels. There are two small tears on the lower right. Text is paste-up, and some are missing. The title/header/logo is a stat paste-up affixed to a Bristol board backing. In Very Good condition.More information about European superhero comic artist.
