Dan Adkins - Original Art for Doctor Strange #170, Complete 20-page Story, "To Dream... Perchance to Die!" (Marvel, 1968). A battle against Nightmare within the mind of the Ancient One is the subject of this issue of Doctor Strange from 1968. Ethereally presented to you by arcane artist Dan Adkins, this story is filled with magical mayhem as the Master of the Mystic arts pits his peerless power against one of his greatest foes, the necromantic Nightmare. Overall page size is 11" x 16" with an image area of 10" x 15". Nice, clean line work on still-brilliant white paper, these pages seem freshly created. There are some minor stains here and there, mostly on the first page, a missing word balloon on the final page and some tape staining along the bottom of eight of the pages, but altogether this is a fantastic package. Includes the original logo and indicia paste ups. Here's your chance to own this tale of wonder beyond counting!
