Description
Bernie Wrightson Badtime Stories Complete 7-Page Story "The Last Hunters" Original Art (Graphic Masters, 1972). One of Bernie Wrightson's best early stories was this apocalyptic tale, which was the lead-off story in Bernie's first big solo effort, Badtime Stories. This was easily the best story in that desirable and hard-to-find comic. The original artwork, was created in ink and grey wash on Craftint board, with Zipatone shading film on some pages. Each page has an approximate image of 12" x 17", and other than some tanning along the outer borders, the art remains in Excellent condition. Bernie added his signature on all but the first page (which included his name within the art), and the story is dated 1971.If you've been waiting for the ultimate Bernie Wrightson original art to add to your collection, look no further. This story is incredible, and the fact that all the pages are still together after so many years is simply amazing. Don't let this opportunity pass you by, lovers of fantasy comic art. It doesn't get much better than this!
