Walt Scott The Little People Consecutive Daily Comic Strip Original Art Group of 18 (NEA, 1955). The residents of Crickety Creek save an elf from a delicate situation and are granted three wishes in gratitude. These 18 consecutive comic strips form a complete, visually delightful Christmas tale. Titled "The Three Wishes", it was also published in 1959 in Dell's Four Color #1062. Abundant in charming details, the artwork is meticulously crafted with ink and white paint on graphite on Bristol board. Each daily shows an image area of 15.75" x 4.75". Editorial notes in the margins. Pinholes. Light handling, toning and marginal production staining/smudging. In Very Good condition.
