    Description

Wallace "Wally" Carlson Mostly Malarky Sunday Comic Strip Original Art dated 7-17-66 (Chicago Tribune, 1966). As funny as the Sunday is, our favorite part is actually the joke in the logo panel! "A Husband who asks his wife's opinion about anything is a man who just hasn't been listening." Created in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 26" x 11.5". The logo is a printed paste-up, and there is some discoloration and light staining in that area. Signed in the logo panel. In Excellent condition. From the Ray Edw Collection.
