    Vernon Greene The Shadow D-47 Daily Comic Strip Original Art (Ledger Syndicate, c. 1941). Creator Walter B. Gibson is credited with writing this newspaper strip. Vernon V. Greene signed the artwork in Panel 4. It features the Shadow and his operative Margo Lane. Created in ink and Zipatone with blue pencil shading indications over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 25" x 5.5". There is a rip in the last panel of the toned board. In Good condition.
