Description
Vaughn Shoemaker Editorial Cartoon Illustration Original Art (1961). Two time Pulitzer Prize winner, Vaughn Shoemaker, features John Kennedy in this illustration, titled, "'Tis Proud, Old Ireland Is." This piece was rendered in ink and crayon on Coquille board with an image area of 12" x 15.5". Aside from some mild paper tanning, glue staining at the bottom and corner blunting, the art is in Very Good condition. Signed and inscribed by the artist at the lower right.Auction Info
