Description

Vaughn Bodé Deadbone Erotica "Pony" Comic Strip Original Art (1972). Well, they do shoot horses, don't they? Bodé strips are often playful, often sexually charged, sometimes violent, and here we have all those qualities rolled into one fantastic-looking page. The art is in india and colored inks with blue pencil on illustration board, with an approximate image area of 14" x 18.5", matted and framed with UV glass to an overall 22" x 26.25". On the backside, the caption, "Vaughn Bodé Deadbone Erotica 34 Page Two November 1972" is exposed, written in Bodé's hand, in marker. Overall condition is Excellent.
