Description

Vaughn Bodé Cavalier Magazine Erotica Comic Strip Page 1 Original Art (Cavalier, 1973). In "Scene 2," we learn the penalty for serving "flat beer" -- the server will have to cut off his own head! In the top panel is a ghostly blue submerged body of a naked young lady. Fun stuff from the fevered mind of the late Vaughn Bodé (1941 - 1975), drawn in ink and watercolor/color inks on Bristol board. Image size is 9.5" x 12.5". The masthead panel has been left blank; an onionskin overlay includes a trimmed print for the printer's reference. Excellent condition. From the Eric Sack Collection.
