Description

Tom Yeates Conan the Barbarian Daily Comic Strip Original Art dated 4-6-81 (Register and Tribune Syndicate, 1981). Panels -- who needs those?! This scene, showcasing a battle between Conan and Xiccarph the Serpent God, is so epic it busts through the three-panel tradition abided by most comic strips and delivers the action in one widescreen image, brilliantly rendered by Tom Yeates. Ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 15.25" x 4.5". The title, credits, and signatures are all paste-up. Slight toning. In Excellent condition.
