T. E. Powers - Editorial Cartoon Original Art (New York Evening Journal, c. 1909). New York mayor, George B. McClellan Jr., is the subject this unrestrained T. E. Powers cartoon. Ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 10.75" x 13.25". There is paper aging, ink fading, and glue staining along the extreme edges, plus two small horizontal tears into the image area; otherwise in Good condition.More information about T. E. Powers.
