Stanley Link Ching Chow Daily Gag-Panel Comic Strip Original Art dated 3-13-52 (News Syndicate, 1952) Link was best known for the horror-and-humor strip Tiny Tim, but he also excelled at the simple homilies of Ching Chow, in which a caricatured Chinese philosopher would dispense wise, un-ironic sayings. The panel dated 3-13-1952. Created in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 4" x 6.5". There is a paste-up text correction with white out, and moderate toning.
